Link Updates

Firstly, thanks for visiting! Some of you have pointed out some broken links and such. I've updated the following:

• Rapelay - You can't directly download it from here anymore. Follow the new instructions.
• Jinkou Shoujo - Like Rapelay, follow the new DL instructions.
  
• Kishinhisho Demonbane Benchmark - Changed the DL link to a more reliable(?) site.
• Shin Sangokumusou Online Benchmark - Koei officially changed its name (from "BB" to "Online"), so I've updated the text plus the download link too.
